[ Payment terms ]

We accept Paypal for small amount, and also welcome T/T payment methods.

1. All prices showed on Readygo RC .com are excluded postage cost.
2. Customer need to pay postage cost and it will be showed on our system when you place order.
3. Customer place order under Readygo RC.com. Please don't forget to update quantity & press check out.
4. In case the ordered items are out of stock, we will email to inform you and get your final decision. Suggestion :> Choose the other items > to refund (via PayPal only) >by using the remaining balance for next order.
5. Custom taxes, import duty, va tax, or any similar customs related levy is the responsibility of our customers.

[ Shipping condition ]

We adopt EXW term. Generally, we choose EMS / Hong Kong Post as our forwarder, sometimes we choose DHL, FEDEX requested by customers as their favorable forwarder, if do so, please add comment, bill number and forwarder name etc, direct contact with us,and then we would provide the freight bill according to the quantity and weight of the total products for your reference, freight collect can also be acceptable.

[ Return Policy ]

All claims against product quality, compatibility, quantity discrepancies etc, must be made in writing within 14 days of goods receipt by the buyer. No claims, whatsoever will be accepted thereafter.
Defective merchandise must be returned with 14 days. The packaging should be included along with a description of the replaced within two weeks upon receiving and verifying the defect, depending on stock on hand, do not demage the merchandise or packaging further by writing on it or trying to fix it, doing so may void replacement.
We cannot be liable or responsible for any shipping charges incurred in shipping items back to us for repairs. All returmed merchandise must be received within 14 days of purchase.
To return goods, the merchandise must be unused and in it's original undamaged and unopened packaging.
Please complete the " Product Return Form " and you must contact us to receive an Return Merchandise Authorization before you return an item to us.
